The sign out front says, "CERTIFIED GREEN CLEANERS". I had 14 mens business shirts. I just wanted them pressed and was told that would be 4.00 per shirt, however if I wanted them dry cleaned that would only be 2.19 per shirt. How can a business that claims to be "CERTIFIED GREEN" charge more for a process that would cost less harm to the environment and more for a chemical process? This cleaners also charges 14 cents per shirt for a disposal fee which I can only guess is to discard their "GREEN CLEANING SOLUTION". I opted to get them dry cleaned at 2.19 a shirt. When I picked up my shirts two days later I was given a total of 45.06. What??? That averages about 3.22 per shirt. The explanation given to me was a few shirts had to be hand pressed because they had snaps which would make the shirts cost $6.99. So let me get this straight, I was charged 6.99 for a few shirts because they had to be hand pressed but if I had opted to have them pressed to begin with I would have been charged 4.00? I was told that even if a shirt has just ONE SNAP it would be a charge of 6.99. I went back through my shirts and only ONE had snaps, not a few like I was told over the phone. When I asked for the woman to pull up my order she wasnt able to give me an itemized account but was quick to tell me that a LOT of my shirts had snaps and then asked me to look at my tickets on the shirts. Why? You should have all that information in your computer. The woman told me she was sorry. Why do we as a society apologize for things when were truly not sorry? Why would she be sorry? She wasnt out of 45.06 and she was still getting paid, what Im assuming is an hourly rate, to tell me she was sorry. It turns out I was wrongfully charged for 2 snapped shirts instead of 1. I was NEVER offered a refund, just a lazy "sorry". Charging 6.99 to hand press a shirt with snaps is ridiculous. Charging 4.00 a shirt just for a simple press is crazy. Needless to say it was an unpleasant experience. If you decide to patronize this business make sure youre given a complete explanation of the pricing. Oh yeah, and I believe this goes without saying, I WILL NOT be going back.

I brought in 2 pairs of pants and one blazer. The second star is because the pants look great and it was next day service. The other three stars are missing because of the blazer. It had a stain on it that I wasnt sure would come out. After one day I came back to pick up the clothes and the lady said the blazer needed another day, which is understandable due to the stain. When I came back for the blazer they had gotten part of the stain off the front of the blazer; however, the stain continued onto the lapel but they didnt remove that. It seems they didnt even bother to flip the lapel and clean. And in the process they managed to put a new stain right on the front of my blazer. They topped it off with a card on the hanger that said, "This item had extra care to remove a stain, but the stain couldnt be removed without damaging the material." But this isnt true because they managed to get most of the pre-existing stain off, so I dont understand how they couldnt finish the rest of the stain, not to mention putting another stain on the blazer. Summary: they removed half of a stain, said the stain couldnt be removed (didnt bother to flip the lapel), and put a new stain on the jacket. Sorry but 2/5

Service was fast. However, I dropped off two blazers and they were stained and dirty. My blazer smelled like it wasnt even cleaned. Its like they pressed my jacket without cleaning and there are still stains on it. A little disappointing for $8 a blazer.
