Stylist was to perm my hair - my hair looks like sideshow bob, tight afro on roots - 2 inches on ends bone straight, went back to salon the next day, lady said come back on Tues - manager will be here and they will fix it, went back again, stylist who destroyed my hair LAUGHED at me, she thought it was funny- emailed corporate office- no response -manager was not in -The stylist needs to have her license yanked. This was the most awful experience I have ever had. I have to take a week off of work because of the hair. I am going everyday and picketing the salon and suing for loss of pay -pto and I am going on every website, to post my experience and hope that I get compensation and justice and revenge on the Stylist HER NAME IS LULU - LULA - A NEGATIVE STARS - but wouldnt let me post with no star

Ive been going to Lola every few month for about a year. They dont take appointments so I am always there 20 to 40 min before they open. Last week, I stopped in to see what days she worked. I said I would be there Friday first thing, she shook my hand and saud it was a deal. I arrived at 740 and told Linda, the mgr, that I was here. I sat on the bench outside the gate and, when it opened went in. Lola was at her station and told me she saw a customer on the way and told her she would do her first. The person wasnt there, yet, she wouldnt take me. So much for 1st come, 1st serve! She just screwed herself out of the best tip, 10.00, she ever got for a 15.00 hair cut.

Worst hair cut ive ever had! Got 8 inches wacked off... showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted which was a stylish same length hair cut requested it to be right above the shoulders... walked out with a bob. I walked out crying. She offered to fix it but after not getting what I wanted the first time I refused for her to touch my hair again. I will also add my hair is all gapped up & now I have to have it fixed by someone else.

As previous review pointed out, run way from this place. Horrific perm, curly at scalp, ends straight. Linda did the prem, never even cut or shaped it. Next day returned and Lulu cut my hair, and tried to shape it, then charged for a hair cut. Terrible experience do not go here. It will take months for this to grow out.
