I was just recently in this store and had cart full off stuff in which I intend to purchase. Well, to make a long story short. I went to try out a pair of blue tooth head phones. Needless to say I put the box on top of some manilla folders and down come the folders and next comes a sales "ass"ociate . And he has the audacity to say that I was trying to steal them. Mistakes happen. I would not recommend this store to any one. I tried to explain myself and they just would listen and they were extremely disrespectful and very unprofessional. I would not recommend this store to any one. Theres a staples about 8 Mile south in Tarpon Springs.

After trying myself and then 2 different print places I was having a hard time getting the cards for my Grandmas funeral right and was extremely frustrated and discouraged.. I went into Office Depot with a heavy head worrying that I would never get them right but Courtney at the print desk helped me to fix the layout, contrast, font, and bordered the picture then the paper texture and weight was even worse but she was very kind and patient and I left with something beautiful for our family and friends.. Thank you so much Courtney for being so patient with me and understanding how important it was that I got it right

I thought it was just me...but I see other experiences. I dread when I have to go to this one. Staff is so rude...its like you are bothering them when you ask for service. They are ALWAYS short staffed in the copy center and the energy is just so negative. I need copies at least once a week and my office is right next to this location but I go to the tarpon springs location just to feel like a wanted customer. Please do something to change the vibe of this location

STAPLES OFFICE SUPPLY STORE IS FAR SUPERIOR COMPARED TO OFFICE DEPOT OR OFFICE MAX EVER THOUGHT OF BEING! ODP/OMX STORE HAS INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES AND/OR PLAIN JUST DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS! STAPLES CEO SHOULD THINK ABOUT TAKING OVER ODP/OMX STORES AS STAPLES HAS MORE IN SUPPLIES AS WELL AS ATLASES, MAPS, WHICH CAN BE FOUND ALL IN 1 PLACE. EVEN STAPLES EMPLOYEES ARE FAR SUPERIOR TO ODP/OMX EMPLOYEES!

Terrible service. Associates could not tell me the price of the business cards. Had to argue with them over what same day service is. To me, if you pay for it, that is what you get. I brought in items on Friday at 4 PM and called back on Sat at PM and they had not even started the order. I cant see that their business will last long. Two individuals were so rude that they hung up on me.

They have a huge selection of home and office business equipment. Had been looking for a 2 line speaker phone and walked right up to the exact phone I was looking to replace. Online retailers cannot give you the up close look at your purchases like a traditional store. Being the computer geek that I am I hope to never see stores like this closed.

Overpriced office supplies. Large, mostly empty warehouse style store that usually has paper but not much else in stock. To be honest, it looks like a store that is going out of business because the store suite is to large for the meager offerings. Amazon unless you have an emergency. Thats all this store is good for.

Always go here for my prints -- Tammy has always been sweet and professional and making sure I am happy with everything. The print center gets swamped so any wait times are understandable. As for elsewhere in the store, all associates have been nice and almost always check to see if they can help you with anything.

Not the best but not bad. Selections are bare but then again they are fighting 2 Walmarts in the area. I have been there twice and both times the same lady sees my name and says she never heard that name before , I explain my name and act like I never heard that statement before. I got 10.00 coupon out of it.

Went to this store and had to send a Fax, the young lady that was working was very helpful and polite. On a second occasion, I went in to send another fax and the area was slammed with several people and the 4 individuals were all very professional and worked as quickly as possible to assist every customer.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! They take forever to help me and skip over me When I need help. I had a Problem that needed correcting but they keep me waiting for 25 minutes. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE. There is a woman in printing named Natalie who is rude as hell. Who would hire her? WORST OFFICE DEPOT EVER!!!!

Really bad customer service at the printing section. She wouldnt even make eye contact with me while I was trying to ask for help. She continousely kept telling me no about able to help me out with my problem. It felt like she was too busy and did not want to try to help.

Product selections and prices are great, especially at the start of school year. Only negative, is that while 2 registers always seen to be open, it takes awhile to find an employee on the floor to run the register

Has the habit of selling defective office furniture. Doesnt know what customer relations means. They are a big company with a small heart and no conscience. Better off going to Walmart across the street

Extremely slow, every time I come to this store I become stuck in line for at least 15 minutes. There is no quick in and out shopping with this store! Avoid if you are in a hurry!

Customer service lacking. Looked at transactions per hour.....trying to gauge shopping experience. Wait time in line was ten minutes. Cashier never called for additional help.

Always wait forever to fax documents. I waited at least 20 mins on two separate occasions. They need more.help in that department badly. Lacking terrible on customer service.

Never have printer ink I need. They are priced very high on a lot of different office supplies. Just dont care for the stock they have.
