OK - here is the deal. I am a volunteer for a school PTO and I was charged with designing an invitation to one of our events. Of course the budget was a concern so I was trying to use a couple different on-line services (like VistaPrint and Gotprint, etc.)....I had all of these hand drawn lines that looked perfect on my design (even at 400%), but when I uploaded them to the different sites I was trying to use (remember, to keep the cost down) - all of my lines went askew. Fast forward 2 days of pulling my hair out - recreating the design in different programs available to me with the same result - I said to our marketing person at work (my real job)....who do we use for business cards......and it these guys - Performance Copying & Printing. I called and within 15 minutes (seriously) I uploaded my design, and received a quote. Not only that - they printed (and delivered) the invites within 2 days of me signing off on the proof. They are PERFECT.....absolutely perfect. And guess what - after adding the rush processing fee and the rush shipping fee to any of the on-line sites I wasted my time with, Performance Copying & Printing was right in line with their pricing. So - moral of this story - dont waste your time trying to upload you own design to an on-line site - go local and use Performance. They are top-notch, real human beings that walk you through the steps and make it right! Man, the time I could have saved myself had I just called them first.....cant get that back, but live and learn! Thank you Performance - you guys ROCK!

Hands down probably the worst printing and copying place in SWF. Wanted 4X6 pictures made from existing pictures and what I got was crap. Nothing like I wanted....After I came to pick them up and questioned how bad they were the manager tells me its " Impossible to make them like I wanted " Really !!!!! Apparently they have copying equipment from the 70s. Long story short go to Kinkos...because thats where I went to have them redone and they were able to do them 4X6...imagine that !!!! Never offered to redo them...he could just have cared less. Never would I recommend this alleged printing joint....NEVER !!!!

Skip the franchise printers and go with a local company who will remember your name and get the job done right the first time.

With a really quick turnaround time, Steves crew of print professionals, produced the banner and stand alone sign that I needed for a local job fair. Poor service isnt worth it. Ive used this place about 3 times. Their prices and quality are some of the best in town. However, the customer service is inconsistent. The woman that works in the back is very friendly, as is one of the men. However, there is a bald guy that was extremely rude to myself and two other customers. He seems to view their lower volume (small order) clientele as more of a nuisance. I would not go back for this reason.

I really like this place, I was surprised by how nice they do color prints on average printer paper. The prints always turn out bright and consistent. They like PDF files for printing large quantities. The "Bald guy" as a reviewer said does tell you what you do wrong but I dont think he does it to be mean hes just very straight forward in his explanation. The front lady is very friendly. : ]
