Gina just gave me the second worst haircut of my life. Im 45, Ive had number of haircuts and bad ones. I went in with the length of my hair at my shoulder blades. When she asked what I wanted, I said a trim, and shape up of the long layers. My hair is colored and damaged, I told her I knew shed have to take some off, but to leave it as long as possible. She asked if I wanted to blend in my bangs, I said yes. I also told her as she wetted down my hair, that it would stretch an unusual amount while wet. What she did was decide that my bangs were where the long layers should start, and cut 4 inches off the top before I could stop her. Once its done theres very little you can do, so she told me I didnt understand what blended with bangs meant. I let her continue - what else could I do at that point - she "blended" the sides so well that theres six inches between where she cut the top and where the chin layers start, its practically a mullet - she did agree with me that "long layers" usually start at the chin. I could have done a far better job in my bathroom with a pair of dull scissors. As it is, I paid her $20 for the haircut - no tip, I just couldnt wait for change - wanted to get out of there before I twisted her head right off her shoulders. She had the nerve to give me her card. Someone should help this woman find a job shes qualified to do.

Worst haircut of my time - Im in tears. Cant leave the house!! I dont want to make the person who cut it feel bad so I wont go back. No shampoo didnt spray it wet .... cut it DRY. but not all of it just bits and pieces on my hair. Right side is below my ear the felt side is above it. I pull the hair on the back out with my hands and one end ends sooner than the other. I never pay cash this time I did. If I would have paid with my credit card I would have cancelled it I am crushed. I am an ugly hair girl now!!!!! :(

I went in there friday to get a haircut i asked for a fade which i thought would be a hard cut to mess up but i guess i was wrong it was horrible horrible worst cut ever there was nothing faded about it. I think if they dont know how to do the cut they should tell, never again, live and learn.

The hairdressers name was Debra. I had a very short wait and then got a good shampoo and cut. The price was reasonable. I recommend this one.
