We had a very bad experience with our last cut and color. When we told the stylist that the hair cut was not what we wanted, we were told that they are only taught one way to cut hair and it will grow out. The color was awful...way darker than the sample we were shown. We asked for it to be corrected and was told we had to come back when a manager was available. Had to walk around for 3 days with horrible hair before being able to see manager. The senior colorist made problem worse. Our naturally light brown hair was now black with a green tone, and terribly damaged. Needless to say, no one apologized or offered a refund. I was actually told my hair was the fault! We ended up spending over $550.00 at another salon to remove the color and the damaged hair had to be cut off. The prices may be low, but remember you get what you pay for.

Had an appointment, that I made the day before. I was made to wait 10 minutes by a stylist who insisted Someone Else would be taking care of me while she small talked with her customer who was finished. I saw No other stylists and she never called for anyone, until a walk-in came in with 3 children. She ushered them to a male stylists chair, who happened to be in the back. She then sat me in her chair. Asked me what you want?? I told her a cut, highlights and some color. She became angry slammed her comb down and said Im not doing that!! Turned to the male stylist and said Im not doing her hair!! He said I would have to make yet another appointment in order for him to do it. I got up and walked out. I didnt want any of them touching my hair after that. I found them to be rude and incompetent.

I have thick wavy ( hispanic) hair. I used to spend upwards of $100 for haircuts because chain places never seemed to offer anyone who could understand and cut my hair. Then at the last minute I popped in here for a last minute trim before Valentines day because my place was booked. Thats when I met Kelly. She has been cutting my hair ( and now my kids hair) ever since. I am constantly getting compliments on my hair. It even grows out beautifully. Cutting hair is a skill, and as long as Kelly works here I will be a loyal customer.

I have curly hair and it can be hard to get a good haircut. My mom and I went to Fantastic Sams in Dunedin and Omar cut our hair, he did a GREAT job. I look 5 years younger and he was super nice, letting me know what would look good and what would work best for me. He totally understood what I wanted and did a great job, cant say enough good things about him. So happy with my haircut!

Person who performed haircut lacked any sense of skill, style, or personality... I was surprised to have such an unprofessional experience. By comparison, Great Clips on Sunset Point in Clearwater, was talented for pretty much the same price.

Worst place ever. They have a sign for a special from 6-8 pm. I walk in at 7 and they say they cant take me. Save your money, go somewhere else.
