I took my daughters here back in March 2016, I noticed I kept smelling burned hair once we made it home even after I washed and conditioned it. I didnt take them back because I knew it would be my word against theirs! My 8 year olds hair is STILL badly braking and I think they put perm in their hair after I clearly stated "Keep it natural". I take good care of their hair and know they damaged their hair, my 8 year old worse than my 13 year old. I started taking pictures once I noticed and have taken steps to revive their hair without cutting it....I WILL NEVER GO TO ANY DOMINICAN HAIR SALON AGAIN, ESPECIALLY ESTHER!!! They DO NOT know black hair as they are not black!!

I love coming to Esthers ..the stylist are very professional and treat you with respect,my hair has really improved since Ive started coming here.This place is not like others salons where you see people drinking alcohol and being rachett.I strongly believe that all these negative reviews that some people are writing its just a strategic used by them to discredit The Best Dominican Hair Salon in Atlanta,and i wouldnt be surprise those haters have family members that owe hair places and dont like the competion.I recommend this place to all and every female in Atlanta that wants to have beautiful hair at a great price!!

Ive been here twice and my child has been here once. The only reason I dont go as often as I would like to go is because of my budget. Esther is very knowledgable about ALL hair and I always appreciate her input when I do visit. I HAVE NATURAL HAIR AND I have never had an issue with her services. I would recommend this place to everyone I know. I especially love that she is located in the neighborhood. Good service and amazing hair results! We will be back

I only came her because my regular Dominican salon is moving. The stylist never introduced herself. The manager referred to me as "her" and they were very rough. I go to Dominican salons regularly so Im used to the heat but this was different. I appreciate the speed but the customer service here is horrible. I will not be back. Id rather take okay work and excellent customer service over excellent work and bad customer service.

The stylists here are rude and they dont communicate with you. Ive been sitting for about 30-40 minutes after being under the dryer and no one has said a thing until just now. I wont recommend nor visit this salon again. Pretty bad experience overall. The only plus was the lady who washed my hair did a great job but was just as rude as the rest of the ladies.

I absolutely loved it! They do a really good job and theyre so sweet. I hate going to hair salons where they gossip about people and criticize as theyre doing your hair, but this salon IS NOT LIKE that!! Very fast and nice! Please visit this is where I come and I never want to find another one(:
