I had an absolutely perfect experience with Coldwell Banker and my realtor, Arthur Lester. Arthur was knowledgeable about the industry and this market, and was able to answer questions about every step of the process that even my lender wasnt able to. He worked tirelessly at all hours, including Christmas Day, and the end result was me getting the house I wanted at the price I needed and all of my upfront costs paid back at closing. Stay away from this company!!! I am a business broker and had a mans business listed in Treasure Island. Commercial agent Judy Brett showed her clients his deli and both she and her clients went directly to the landlord and stuck a deal. This was permissible by her broker. They served an eviction notice with no justification and are kicking him out. How low and shallow can you be to take a mans livelihood to make a commission! Im sure they will try to cover it up. Good Job Coldwell Banker!
