“It was a great pleasure to work with Kate & Tony Thomas. We had moved to another state, both have full-time jobs, so could not be directly involved in house-selling activities. They did that all. They developed a selling strategy based on reasonable investment in preparing a home for sale in return for maximizing sale price and minimizing time on market. They realized that strategy managing a number of home improvement, landscaping and cleaning companies, designers and vendors (at that, we were never overcharged, quite the opposite, mostly we paid less than expected). Finally, They sold the house. Everything worked exactly as they planned: just two days on market and full price. Always follow their advice. They knows what they are doing. Kate & Tony and their team were terrific. We highly recommend them to anyone interested in selling a home.”
