What a horrible time. Went through the drive through, and upon opening my sandwhich there was a bite taken out of it. Went back, the manager was demeaning and rude and suggested we took a bite out of it.. to come complain.. and get the same sandwhich.. with everything the same.. The "i run this place" guy didnt give me the benefit of the doubt, he literally said "okay, what do you want. come on, just say it." I understand it is a difficult situation to comprehend (clearly we had no proof that we didnt take a bite out of it, but I can assure you we didnt), but the manager could have easily acted more appropriately. He acted like we just wanted another sandwich,. Again, the exct same sandwich. Its not even like it had pickles and I didnt want pickles on the new one. What a dick. The operator, Terri, was not bad at all. He was honest in saying that this was a difficult situation to comprehend (which I understand), but he promised to look into it, check the tapes, and HE APOLOGIZED. Thats how you treat customers. You apologize when you make a mistake, even if you think you didnt make one. The experience was disgusting. You were warned.

i almost get in a car accident everytime i come here due to the piss poor design. its not worth coming here having to deal with the frustration of trying to enter the drive thru without completely destroying your car. what a joke the layout of this place is. they need to completely shut the damn tennessee st. entrance. one or the other, its not worth the headache and potential insurance claims.

Worst location ever. Not just the location, like it takes an hour to get there and get out, but because they are trying to deal with such high volume customer service takes the back seat. My drive through order was completely screwed. Felt sooo amazing to get home and not have what I paid for. Pretty bad when you make McDonalds look like the better option.

By far worse Chick Fil A in Tallahassee!! Went there around 4:35p.m. on Friday Novemeber 20th 2015 and my total was $7.11 and I gave them 20.11 and they didnt give me back my change. Said the next day on the 21st which is today said their drawer wasnt over on money and they couldnt do anything for me. Never will have my business again!!!

Thank God for this Chick-fil-a and its late hours. I dont know what I would do with my life if this were not open until 3am. Edit: Ive deducted a star as the quality seems to be going down. My boyfriend and I had to wait for our food for a while, which happens. But the food was not cooked well and made us both feel sick.

This place is an absolute joke. The nuggets were extremely overcooked and taste like dog food. They didnt give me any of the sauces I requested for my to-go order or any salad dressing or utensils to eat my salad with. Stay away if you like your taste buds and stomach and decent service.

Are you really surprised they got 5 stars? Its Chic Fil A! The drive through is fast even when its packed, everyones kind at all times, and they never make you feel bad for making last minute changes or asking questions. Thank you Chic Fil A for always providing great customer service.

O! M! G! Was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO amazed to see a CFA open past 10p ANDDDDD... this thang was run like a well-oiled SHIP!!! Parking lot full, drive thru full, inside booming and they were missing ZERO beats!!! Talk about WERK!!! Yaaaaaaaaaaaaassssssssssss!!!

Its very rare that Ill review a fast food chain without incentive/reward being asked to, but I was just so happy with my experience. Very clean facility with great staff. My meal came out quickly & was correct. All around great.

Very nice people. Awesome food. Coffee was sour and bitter. Had to rush my wife to get her bottled water froma gas station to get the taste out of her mouth. It was her first time at chick fil I hope i can get her to go back

Fridays and kids ballgame days make this a very busy lunch place. However, the food is great, and the service even greater. It is so nice to walk in to a clean well maintained place that is happy to have your business.

Very clean and modern Chick Fil A, staff was nice as usual for this establishment. Unfortunately, my order was messed up but i didnt notice until i got home and it was too late for me to go back and get it fixed :/

Who doesnt love Chick-fil-A?! This is one of the nicer stores and its also very busy. Parking is a struggle here, but theres a double drive thru! Enter from Tennessee Street or from West Call in the back.

Drive thru is the fastest I have ever seen... this location features dual drive thrus plus a nifty contraption that delivers orders to the second lane over your head. Always good customer service!

Whats there to say? Chic-fil-A is amazing. The staff is FAST and friendly. Wish the parking lot wasnt a nightmare at lunchtime, but they do keep those drive-thru lanes moving incredibly fast.

Long lines. Normally very good service, food served at correct temperature. Close to FSU and access from West Tennessee St as well as Call street make this a student favorite.
