Not knocking the barbers as individuals but WOW. The lack of professionalism, and courtesy. Im a single mother of my 8 yr old son, weve been in Tampa for 4/5 months now from Miami. Ive been taking my son to get his cut for 8 years now and have never experienced anything like what ive experienced at this shop. Ive taken him to this shop 3 times now. Ive avoided taking him here because of just how busy they normally are. They are the only barber shop on the street we live so they keep busy. But today we go as walk ins. Apparently some local "rapper" is recording a video for a song, taping whomever is in the shop as he walks in and out. Then out of the 4 barbers, 3 of them take lunch at the same time when they all finish the ppl that were in the chairs. Fortunately one of the barbers put on a Disney movie (greatly appreciated) as my son was the only kid there at the time. After waiting for an hour my son gets in a chair. The barber is maybe 5 minutes into the cut before he stops to take a call. He begins to argue to whomever is on the line and is CURSING with a loud violent tone. After he hangs up, he starts explaining what he was arguing about while STILL NOT CUTTING MY SONS HAIR. But wait, HE TAKES ANOTHER CALL! from the same person. And this time becomes irate and walks out of the shop while cursing on the phone and leaves my son in the chair. By this time there was another parent with TWO other children in the shop. I still gave him 10 minutes to come back in before I took my son off of the chair and walked out. As I was walking out I was then apologized to and was offered to have another barber after he was done with his client. Appreciated but NO THANK YOU. Could not even imagine spending my little $20 towards this shop or keep my cool infront of my son any longer to wait. I will officially be ALWAYS driving out of my way before going back.

Would not recommend this place. Went there twice. First time, holliwood doesnt ask how I want side burns and trims them thin while talking to some other people not paying attention to my hair. I usually get a low fade and use scissors for the top to even things out. Both times Ive been, the barbers who cut my hair only have Afro trimming scissors. Holliwood made one single cut in the middle of my hair making it totally uneven on top. Horrible. Second time, dude doesnt even use scissors on top and spent more than half the time doing my beard, which I didnt ask for. Then charges me 28 dollars. Worst haircut Ive ever received. Never going back.

Great barber shop. Moe has been cutting my hair for many years. I moved to Tampa and was in search for a barber. I tried different barbers but no luck. Finally someone recommended Moe and he has been cutting my hair since. The shop is always very clean and well maintained. Good vibes, sure to get a few laughs. The barbers are very professional. IB and Kieyn are also good. I highly recommend this barbershop.

This place is way way better than your typical hair cut shop. My barber truly paid attention to detail, even meticulous detail, almost close to being a perfectionist. Yes it is a bit more expensive (just a bit), and it takes them 2x as long to do the work, but it is well worth your time & money. Im so grateful to have this in my neighborhood.

Best cuts in the Tampa Bay Area. Moetown has been cutting my hair for years and can execute any type of style I want. Long or short, bald fade for blow out. The barbers are professional and the atmosphere is great. The shop is modern, clean, and I feel great after my cuts. Highly recommended!!

Best barber in Tampa. When Mo opened his own shop at way across town I was happy for him but sad that I would now have to drive 30 minutes to get a descent haircut from a skilled barber. Worth the drive and not a bad guy for a Michigan fan.
