Want to make a color copy of ids. Need both sides on the same page. Self-service color copy machine didnt work. The black lady took my id and make a copy inside. First time the copy (11x8.5 inch) was missing the top part of the id (3x2 inch). She tried second time. The copy was missing the right part of the id. Asked her to try again but she said she coudnt make perfect and refused to make copy for me. Seems not care much about customers. Very incompetent. The manager later came and seemed reluctant to help. Finally he made a copy without saying any words of sorry or appology. He aslo threw the failed copies to the trash can and I had to pick them up to shred them. Wasted more than half hour to have the copy. Not recommended.

Dominican Airways

Came in two times the first place I waited 30 minutes and no one didnt even say "we will be with you in one second" or anything, the gentleman was more then happy to take a group of girls that were there after me and he took his sweet time so I left and decided to come back later. Came back and still waited in line for about 20 minutes with no one saying anything to me. I get someone and they cant find my order I have to resend it to them. The order was finally given to me. Really needs help with customer service and treatment.

Worst service ever! Had an order placed to get flyers printed on Monday, was promised they would be ready by Friday to be shipped out the following Monday. Havent heard from them all week, only to then find out that they havent even started my project yet, due to lack of high-gloss paper. What kind of office supply store has a lack of printing paper? Will never do business there again and can only recommend to you to take your business elsewhere!

Customer service is trash . They dont acknowledge you ever, Every time I go there Theres a line and 1 person working while the other employees wonder aimlessly around the store oh and not to mention you can usually seem the peeking over the displays seeing the line.it should not take 10-15 mins to get a couple of copies of paper. Without fail this is the experience every single time doesnt matter what time of the day. Connie is great tho !!!

Ordered invitations online because the site says "ready in an hour". I called 2 hours later after not receiving any notification they were ready and they still werent ready! I said i would give them more time and come after my other errands, it is now 7 hours after i placed the order and they are still not ready. The lady just told me they are under staffed and run behind all the time so if you are in a rush dont waste your time!

Service at this Office Depot was remarkably slow and staffing seemed to be quite low. The normal behavior of speeding up your tempo when a rush of customers come in, was lost on this staff. A slow time of day doesnt mean your react slowly to customers. I would not recommend coming to this store on your lunch break, unless you get 2 hours for lunch.

This location is conveniently located next to Target, a gas station, a bank and a few fast food restaurants. There is rarely a long line for printing or copying services. If there is you should expect to wait a while as printing services can take a while and many employees arent in this area at once. Never had an unpleasant experience here.

I shop here for stationary and also whenever I need to send the fax theyre a lot cheaper than going to the FedEx on Dale Mabry Boulevard , there half the price. So if you need fax, forget the FedEx on Dale Mabry and Fletcher youll be paying $22 like I did to fax 7 papers go to Office Depot on West Waters Avenue and save yourself $14 or so

I cant even begin to explain how helpful Connie was in the printing department. She truly enjoys her job and definitely took the extra step to make sure I was truly satisfied with my prints before I left the store. She was able to multitask efficiently and got everything done for me in a timely manner. Thanks!!!

Their shopping cart is broken and they tried to fix it by using the zip tie to tighten it. And the zip ties are very sharp and it keeps cutting me a few times when ai tried to move the cart or unloading items. Very uncomfortable when shopping here because of their cheap way to fix the shopping cart

Usually a good experience here customer service wise. However this last time we went, Mr. Shanahan "as his name tag said" was very abrasive and rude to us while checking out. If it werent for my kids being with me I definitely would have given him a piece of my mind.
