I dont often write bad reviews on here, but Im sorry to say that this company is not one I would recommend at all! I went in to have a logo designed and cards printed...after the first initial time I walked in there and sent them an email with the ideas of what I wanted. I didnt get one email or return phone call for a month! This honestly sounds like a lie, but I am telling the complete truth. I called them numerous times and had to chase them to find out what was going on with my order. After 2 weeks and 3 phone calls that were not returned, I was finally able to get in touch with Geeta. She apologized and asked for my credit card info, told me how much it was going to cost, and all was well and good. After a week and a half of no contact, I called back again, to see the status (thinking it would be done by now), and she told me she was out sick for 2 days, and someone was supposed to call me and tell me what the cost was going to be and how much time it was going to take. (You already told me that a week and a half ago!!). Well after that last one, it was the final straw...When I told her I wanted to cancel my order, she told me "I dont blame you"...instead of "How can I make this right?" It appears they are very unorganized and not customer oriented.

Fantastic service! I have been using PIP for a number of years since Ive been working in the Tampa Bay Area. They are conveniently located and have a wonderful staff. I normally have blueprints scanned or (re)printed. They are able to make hard and soft copies of any sizes required. PIP has assisted me with small "specialized" projects, as well. PIP is able to make signage, and promotional items with custom logos and designs. All of their services are competitively priced. And as a design engineer, this is an extremely important matter. Do yourself a favor, and dont make a decision based on one negative comment. Go see for yourself, and you will be surprised as to what PIP has to offer! Their entire staff is there to help. (By the way...They normally have fresh baked cookies there, too! Does Kinkos or Staples have fresh baked cookies??? I dont think so!!!)

I believe people as well as companies should be praised when they do an outstanding job. I have used PIP since 1998 for all our companys printing i.e business cards, letterheads, flyers etc. and without a doubt, they excel in quality printing and quality service. The owner is absolutely wonderful and she and her staff have always gone above and beyond. Whenever I am asked about any printing company, PIP is the company that immediately comes to mind. Everyone I have sent to them say nothing but great things about their service. While other printing companies may give you good service in one area, they lack in the other- But PIP excels them ALL !
