I went there today to get quarters for the laundromat in my apartment complex. Didnt think it would be as big of a deal as the old, short haired, lady who was the so called "manager" made it. She went out of her way to make sure we were going to buy the soap to consider ourselves as "customers" in order to get the quarters. She even threw her body in front of the door and refused to let us leave until we bought soap first. She kept interrogating us if we were going to do our laundry today or how many soaps we needed. The scene she was causing was just ridiculous and unprofessional. Im not surprised there are other people who complained about this place.

I totally agree the place is clean but the customer service is no good 1st when I get there I advise her that all 4 of the machines ($2.50 by the way) are full she ignored me I went to get a $1 in quartes she snatch the money out my hand and said quarter s are for washing ( WICH THERE IS NO SIGN SAYING THAT) THIS MAKES YOU THINK WERE IS THE OWNER IN ALL THIS HOW MANY MORE PEOPLE MUST FEEL THE SAME AND DONT KNOW HOW TO MAKE A COMMENT WITH WHO TO OR CALL I ASK THE OWNER TO STEP IN AND FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS LADY SHOULD JUST BE TAKEN OUT OF THERE

The first time I was there the lady in charge was disrespectful with me when I was trying to explain her that her WiFi password should be 8 character instead of only 7. She told me she had WiFi in her phone with that 7 character password. The second time and probably the last one she pushed me to buy softener from the vending machine because she said I poured to much soap and that could damaged that "delicate washers" . The place is nice and clean but that lady needs some costumer services courses.
