Dy Dynasty

After about a year of coming here, and typically loving their service, I got a big slap in the face. My clothes always come back to me clean, and smelling amazing. Somehow this last time, my clothes came back to me looking dirtier than when I dropped them off. How does this happen? The time before this, I came back when the clothes were supposed to be ready and they were not, so they gave me a 20% discount. Maybe they felt that since they gave me a discount, they didnt actually have to wash my clothes this time? Or simply provide 20% of my usual service? Usually, it looks like they wash my darks together to keep them nice and dark. My whites are always bright when they come back. This time.. I have faded jeans and the dingiest dirtiest white tops ever. I have dirty button up shirts that look like the were just thrown in the dryer without being washed and now the deodorant stains and permanent. I didnt send anything out of the ordinary, nothing different that I always send. The usual makeup, sweat deodorant... looks like they threw most of the clothes in one load and dried them all together and maybe they forgot to wash a few and just threw them in the dryer with the clan clothes. I dont know what they did. I just know I have a bunch of dirty clothes that dont smell anything like they usually do. They smell like they were just thrown in the dryer with a dryer sheet and if you frequent this place, you know the clothes usually look good and smell fresh for a LONG time. I am so disappointed to pull my business from here (as well as few referrals that I sent their way) but I am not only out of pocket for the fee that I paid them, but also a few shirts that may not be salvageable and undesirable fading to my favorite jeans. When I first started coming here a year ago it was nice and staff were friendly and understanding. I no longer feel welcomed at this laundromat. They have a rule for last load in the washer an hour before they close. I get that, however I dont get why you cant dry clothes an hour before they close. If you sit outside you will see that they pick and choose who they want to let in at those times. There is a new girl that has been there for a few months that is very rude and not welcoming at all, wish I knew her name to tell you. At night she stays in the back with the door shut and front counter closed, so if you need assistance you have to wait for her to come out. There is also a man there thats hangs around, not sure if he has a title seeing that he is always in street clothes but he is always outside smoking while delegating to customers.This raises a safety concern for me. Especially since I have two small children. The overall service has declined, I have used the drop and shop service and both times my clothes came back with PINK stains. I pretty much paid $60 to have my clothes destroyed. I use to like this place, now I am investing in my own washer and dryer. Use this laundromat at your own RISK.

Best laundry mat ever! They have washers in four sizes to accommodate different sized loads. The washers are priced by the temperature of water and how many rinse or spin cycles you want; therefore, you can pay less to wash with cold water without any extra cycles or pay a little extra to wash with hot water and add extra cycles. The fact that they use laundry cards is awesome so I dont have to worry about having any cash (you can load the laundry card with your debit/credit card). Both the washers and dryers take half the time then other facilities so I am out of there in about an hour (other places take me two hours). They also have WiFi that actually works; I can do my laundry and homework without worrying about slow WiFi. Not only is the facility super clean every time I come, but they have recycling bins available and the staff is super friendly. Since my first visit a few months ago, I have not gone to another laundry mat and now have other members of family going too.

Debo decir algo muy importante estoy satisfecha con este lugar de inicio siempre lavo mi ropa en el y las personas que trabajan aqui me tratan muy bien me voy complacida la higiene es muy buena ademas de ofrecer productos de muy buena calidad sus maquinas son de muy buena calidad teniendo como resultado muy buena clientela personas como yo que no viven en el area y viajo hasta aca asi. Great Place to have your clothes washed with the new advanced machines to work faster and better than normal laundries, plus you save time and money because at the end of the day you get more done with less money. It also helps when you have people, such as Yanira, who guides you through the process on the first day and doesnt mind answering questions on another day as it is the case in some places. Yanira will also take care of your laundry needs if you dont have time, shell do it for you! Lastly, but not least they do DRY CLEANING for your other needs. So get hip, save money and time at Waters Express Laundry Center. Tell Yadira I sent you( my wife and I were really impressed).

Its a very clean place and it makes me feel as if Im home doing my laundry. But, customer service is awful! From the young ladies outside smoking, every time I fold laundry they sweep over it, they are so rude I was trying to use the restroom and the girl shut the door.on me almost snapping my fingers off. She almost hit me in my head opening up the dryers doors. Im a regular customer and marline I believe her name is just always always disrespect me I spoke to the owner but I felt like since I did she has revenge for me. I like the owner and cleanliness but forget customer service!

This place has nice machines, however, they operate using a card token system wich you prepay. When you have an issue with money, you have to see the manager to get the issue corrected. The manager never seems to be on site when I am doing laundry anyway. I have had two issues. The card machine kept a dollar last week, and this week, I used the card in the vending machine for drinks. I was charged a dollar, but no drink was issued. So I have to return when the manager is here to get my money back. The employees are not authorized to take care of such situations.

Best laundromat Ive ever used. The attendant gave me a personal tour and taught me how to use the machines. She was extremely helpful and very friendly. The machines work great, some of them even include the soap & softener (super capacity machines). There is free wifi, & the laundry cards that run the machines also work for the vending, video games, & bathrooms (so they are secure). The machines take less time than residential washers/dryers, & there is even a sports bar 3 doors down & the owners were really nice there as well. I will definitely be back!
