Twice the did not show up for Ikea delivery. Monday, then on Wednesday we called since the delivery was between 9 & 1. They had us on the schedule, but the shipment was not on the truck! This was said like no big deal. At 2 we get a call from a driver saying hes 10 minutes away to make the delivery????? Sorry, he said, I only have the paperwork, not the shipment, sorry??? What kind of a company is this un organized ? Time to sell xpo stock.

You can expect to wait at least 10 minutes on hold every time you call. Customer service reps are abrupt and unhelpful. Delivery windows are always at the worst times and cannot be requested in advance. They will also trick you into sitting and waiting for the duration of your 3 hours. Lastly, for a logistics company, their GPS and mapping software is ineffective, as the drivers always need to call for directions.

awful. They entered the wrong amount on invoice, client ended up having to pay $4K in import taxes, XPO . Terrible customer service, sales team not returning phone calls or emails, held a package for two months claiming they could do hazmat, worts logistics Company ever.

Call me 2 days before to schedule an appointment,schedule the appointment between 9 and 12,leave Daytona at 6am to be on time in Bradenton,and is 1:17pm and still waiting,you guys really need to work on that.

A manager named Richard that represents them hires sub-contractors and doesnt pay them. This place is terrible. Regardless if you are an employee or customer you will get ripped off.
