My box was received by Rod here in Jacksonville on 11/18/16 and I still cant track the status of my box. Everytime I enter the invoice number provided/or the EFL number, I get an answer " cant locate box." I was told by their representative that it would be a week to see the status. But its now 11/28/16 and I still get no result. I was told that it was going to be shipped out on 11/21/16.
