Scheduled a pick up for 7am-3pm. Called them at 3pm as driver had not showed up. They said they can make it before 4. I informed them that in the past they have come after our shop is closed(closes at 2:30) and left because the bay doors were closed. I gave them my phone number and asked them to have the driver call me when he gets here and advised them that I will definitely be here even if it looks like we are closed. They assured me they would pass that info on. Called back at 4 to see where the driver was and they said he came by 2 times and left because we were closed. Mind you I went out of my way to open a bay door and the entrance door at 3:15 just in case. Was then told they can not promise a pick up today and have to wait until Monday. I will not use them again, even if they are the best rate.

I had custom glass shower doors delivered through this company. The first time they tried to deliver I was on a flight out of town. When I got back the delivery didnt happen due to size constraints of my gated community. It was Friday night and I planned on construction finishing this weekend. They went above and beyond to make things happen. Chris, the dock supervisor went out of his way and decided to be my delivery man tonight. I was his first delivery. He helped us break down the crate and we were SO grateful that due to him going above and beyond with customer service - our bathroom remodel will complete this weekend! Best customer service ever! Thanks Chris - you are the epitome of customer service.

Do NOT do business with this company or you will be sorry !!! They quote you a rate, make you pay in cash and then send you a bill for 50% more then you have already paid !!! They will tell you they dont care about the quote or that you have an invoice that says PAID !! Then they will you if you dont pay the additional amount they will turn it over to a collection agency and ruin your credit rating !! I repeat DO NOT do business with this company !!! There are too many other good companys out there. Do yourself a big favor....pick another company for your business.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! The driver got lost trying to find our place AND when he was able to locate our address, he wasnt able to unload our solar panels because he didnt have the right equipment. To make matters worse, because he took the next day off (Friday), we had to wait until the following Monday to get our panels. The cherry on the sunday was that we had to unload the 180 pound panels ourselves, by hand under a blazing Florida sun... By far the worst freight company I ever dealt with! To him that has an ear, let him hear.

I personally had a great experience. I was out of town when my laminate floors were going to be dropped off, but I was headed back that evening and figured that I could move them into the garage when I got home. Unfortunately, it started pouring rain as they were being delivered, but the delivery driver helped my wife get the floors into the garage. Couldnt be happier!

SOUTHEASTERN FREIGHT LINES. They have the rudest drivers out of all the freights company in our area. Every time they come here they are rude to use like we bothering them buy using them. Do yourself a favor, pick any other company.

The driver I had today drop off a 65" TV might be one of the rudest people I have ever met. I would give zero stars, but the one star is for saving me the $20 I was going tip him! Awful.
