I would give zero stars if I could. I am on hold writing this review. I was transferred by two reps who were unhappy about doing customer service. My pallet is late and nobody wants to take accountability. Its now hopefully going to be delivered in two days, no guarantee. I had 5 day delivery and its going to take 10days. They say they cant do anything about it because I didnt do guaranteed service. That gives them the right to take an extra week. They wanted to charge me more to try and get it there before the weekend after they already messed up. This isnt the first time they messed up, however I just never had time to write a review. I usually dont do this but they severely hurt my business by costing me more money and most importantly hurting my reputation with my customers. My pallet could show up this week or not. They dont know. They blamed resources as the issue. That doesnt stop them from taking more freight. Once they have your money, they dont care unless you do guarantee. The last supervisor I talked to very politely said sorry and that dont do anything unless it guaranteed. Sorry gets me nowhere. I would never, ever use this company if you want your stuff delivered with no problem.

Horrible to deal with. Its the companys job to deliver freight, but all they delivered was excuses. Truck driver cant get to my address (a residential address, which was confirmed by YRCs dispatch earlier in the week along with stating that they would need a liftgate for delivery)? I was willing to go rent a flatbed to take delivery, but then he stated that the pallet was in the middle of his semi and that I needed to provide a forklift to get it off his truck? How was he even going to deliver it in the first place? Then he told me Id have to wait and come pick it up from your location sometime next week (Over an hour away), and that I would be responsible for loading it? This company is a joke.

It is amazing how they are still in business. Their representatives are impossible to deal with and cant fix the problem and have now sent the matter to collections. I think they are trying to double bill or do a collection scam so watch out. I have spoken to numerous representatives and I have emailed Jerod Gonzales and Joseph Codog both explaining that I am an Airport and they came her to pick for someone else. I learned that for talking to our tenant here. He said that the customer set up the pick up and called with me here explaining that/ He even gave them his number which they had on file. So I dont know what the problem is. I just want the matter fixed.

Had a small pallet shipped with stated weight of 250 lbs. , actual package only weighed 217 lbs. Loaded with a fork lift to another business with a forklift Filled out all documents & Paid them with a credit card. 2 months later I start getting bills for an extra $347? No one can explain the more than double billing. Every month for 7 months I keep getting the same bill. Very frustrating and I think they are attempting to wear down the customers till they pay it.

Customers service always seem to be horrible. Every time you walk into the office, the face you get, and the tone, it like Im bothering them coming in at the wrong time. This place really needs a front desk personnel who handles all coming in calls and walk-in customers with friendly face, voice, and a smiles.

The delivery person dropped the item while removing it from the truck. On inspection, the entire unit was damaged (drawers would not close, the mirror was damaged, etc.). I refused the shipment.

Great communication regarding delivery. Item was delivered promptly in great condition. I live in an old tree-lined neighborhood and the driver brought my items a quarter of a block by dolly.
