Averitt Express called a week before delivery and gave me a time slot between 0730 and 0900. I was told I had to be at the delivery site to sign for the delivery. Called Averitt Express at 0845 the day the delivery was suppose to happen, to ensure that the delivery was going to happen before 0900. I was informed that the truck had not even left from the facility. Then I was informed there is a form I can fill out pre delivery. Please be courteous to your customers because of this I missed important work meetings and was late for work.

Was told that delivery would occur between 12 and 2 because a signature was needed. After several telephone calls to company, was told it should be another 45 minutes. This wouldnt be a problem if it wasnt after 4:30! A simple phone call to let me know that delivery wasnt be on time would have been nice. What ever happened to customer service?
