worst shipping and customer service. use fedex. i had a package shipped from kentucky to florida and sandy calls me to set up a delivery time between noon and 5 pm on a friday. i take the day off sit around waiting and no package. i call ups and they tell me my package is in tenessee. the biggest issue is no phone call to tell me i dont have to wait around for them. they said "some one should of called me" . well now i have to take off monday when i had a deadline on sunday. now to take another day off might not be possible for me, especially when im not sure it will even come. GREAT JOB UPS!! maybe you should hire outside if riviera beach and you might find someone that is not to lazy to pick up the phone
