This UPS store has by far the worst service of any establishment I have visited. Having been ignored would have been better service than what I experianced. I was shipped a package containing spare parts for a point-of-sale system. For whatever reason the vendor will only ship to the closest UPS store and no exceptions to that policy can be made. When I went to pickup said package I brought all the documentation regaring the spare parts order, including the tracking number. A grumpy old man attented to me and insisted they did not have my package, despite the fact that 1-800-PICK-UPS gave me the tracking information, including the name of the employee who signed for the package. The grumpy old man also told me my unexpired Florida drivers license was "invalid" because it had my P.O. Box MAILING address printed on it, he went on ask me in an insulting tone of voice "What, do you live in a P.O. Box?" I call the company that shipped me the parts and they agreed to send a replacement, again to the same UPS store because that is their policy. On my 2nd trip I made sure to call ahead and verify if there were any "older gentelmen" present at the time (thank God there werent) and guess what -- they had BOTH packages there, yes the one the grumpy old man told me they "didnt have" was right there. I advise that no person should give this franchise (UPS Stores are not owned by the UPS company) their business, unless they enjoy being treated like a criminal and insulted.

Having worked at a UPS Store myself in the past, I had an idea of what to expect when I went in to this location. What I did not expect was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was there for at least 15 minutes trying to get a quote for packing and shipping and I was completely polite from start to finish (I work in retail, so I kind of feel obligated to be nice whenever possible when dealing with other people in the customer service business). Not only did I feel like these people didnt really know what they were doing, the fact that I was barely spoken to during the process made me less confident. To be fair, the young woman helping me was more polite than who I presume was the owner who said maybe one word to me? Maybe the young woman was a new employee and being trained? If so, that would have been nice to know so I could be less annoyed. I was prepared to spend at least $100, but it turned out to be far more than I had expected (I was going off info online) and had the young woman write down the quote for me. It would have been nice had I been explained to more about how they were going to pack it (rather than it being talked about between them) and I did appreciate that they were thinking about how to make it less expensive for me, but I was overall dissatisfied with my experience there.

I went in to send a package via ups, because the electronics i had the manufacturer gave me a shipping label and told me to return it. the clerk said i have to tell them whats in the box specifically i said electronics she said no i need to know exactly. i laughed and said not going to tell you that, she refused to send my package at first then i laid into her about it, after a few minutes she finally accepted the package after complaining they dont take packages that are wrapped with paper, ( i wrapped my box with brown paper to hide what the electronics was ) she grumbled and took my package. why do they have to be so difficult, i was mixed when i saw the reviews here and didnt think it could be possible but wow. i asked for 2 stamps to send a letter after my package was reluctantly taken, the lady said they do not sell stamps i could not believe her at all because i see the stamps sitting behind her on a section of desk slightly to the right behind her. and i point it out she grumbles again. i swear in a day and age when there is huge economic troubles someone doesnt appreciate the job they have, hell fire her give me the job i would at least not lie to the customers so blatently.

The lady closing the shift on Monday, May 18th 2015 was rude! When I walk in, she was playing on her cell phone. I then ask her to mail a document to Hong Kong the fastest way possible, she quoted me something very expensive with three day shipping time. I then ask her for the next cheapest option and slightly slower method to ship the document, she quoted me a even more expensive price with a week shipping time! I ask her again, let say if I dont care how long the document takes to ship (slowest method possible), she told me to take my business to the US Post Office. Guess what, I am taking my business to the US Post Office and likely never returning to a UPS again!

This store has great people that work here. I have had a mailbox there for over a year. Even if Im just coming in to check my box they are kind and always greet me. They go above and beyond the level of service you would expect. Thank you for providing great service.

Wanted to charge me $90 to pack and ship a $60 item that will only cost $15 to ship from post office. Are you freakin kidding me??!! What world do they live in where this is reasonable?? Forget you, Ill never use the ups store.
