I registered my 4 y/o for swim classes but I did not realize that there were two classes per week. Despite that, the original time got changed and my schedule wasnt working with the change. However, Ms. Linda, went above and beyond in trying to accommodate us. Even though we did not fit in any class, her effort was more than enough to compensate for this. Im sure she didnt have to call me on a weekly basis to follow-up and tried so valiantly to get us in a class - but she did! I dont know her personally, but, from a professional level, she is SUPER!

Very nice facility and excellent cheerful customer service. I am very UNHAPPY with one incident. I went in this morning to cancel my membership for personal reasons. I was told that they had just sent out letters advising members there is now a requirement to give 30 days notice to stop auto bank draft. I did not receive the letter today in my mail, nor did they produce a copy at the facility. I advised my bank to block payments and I advised the YMCA representative by phone of the same. Beware.

The pool is wonderful and the place is always spotless. I work out here three times a week. Its the only place in the area you can work out and shoot hoops on a full size basketball court. Excellent work out facilities.

excellent place to get in shape, plenty of machines to work out on, and indoor therapy pool and heated outdoor pool.also has a large gym for workouts or basketball, and membership fees are with in reason
