If I could give no stars I would. This construction company has been taking advantage of city granted permits allowing them to do concrete pours starting at 3am for construction of a condo building in downtown West Palm Beach. My residence is located 10 feet from their construction site keeping me and everyone else in the area up all night with yelling, whistling from supervisors, hammering, drilling, sawing, slamming of dumpsters and metal scaffolding. Code of West Palm Beach allows construction only between the hours of 7am and 5 pm to protect the welling being of its residents, however the City granted Kast permission to do 3am concrete pours to meet certain deadlines. They have over stepped their permits and are doing all kind of work, all through the night. I am not sure how this is allowed the city has been no help either can not say I am a fan of how this company is run.

Dont ever call their office wanting a little information. The grumpy old lady that answers the phone will chew you out. Unreal customer service 101, I dont care if you hate your job. Dont Answer the PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
