Pros: Per the recommendation of a family friend prior to her withdrawing her own son out of this particular center, I had enrolled my infant son into this facility. The school is fairly large, has a lot of artwork inside and out of the classrooms, a "make believe" playroom for older children, and a calendar full of various activities; plus programs that help build a community. I will truly miss seeing how decorated the building is and my son being able to do a lot of artwork; all at the cost of cheap daycare in a popular area. Cons: Despite all of these wonderful amenities, I truly learned my lesson that you get what you pay for with childcare which made the amenities not worth it. Most of the infant room teachers at some point or another had been rude to my husband and I. The way the staff interacted with us was very passive, nonchalant, and unenthusiastic to be there. We were very surprised because the other teachers with older kids did not behave like that. When told of desired changes, they were very resistant to feedback, and would take offense over me being concerned about the welfare of my child. Ms. Ericka stayed her distance from me after I told the owner/director about an issue with my sons bad diaper rashes and bruises/cuts that went uncared for and undocumented. Ms. Christin grew mean and cold, and eventually Ms. Latorrya did too. I am assuming based off of their behavior with other staff members that they speak negatively about the parents as well and in front of their children. It was definitely dreadful at times taking my son to school when Ms. Christin had an attitude, or if I had to talk to someone on the phone with aggressive behavior hanging up without saying goodbye. It is hard building a relationship with caregivers who do not seem trustworthy due to their resilient behavior, nor are willing to understand a childs needs. During my sons last week, I was afraid that they were being neglectful, impatient, and harming him. I simply could not stay there when the signs were clear to withdraw my son. They even unlabeled some of his belongings after I told Ms. Monica that I was coming back for them, so there are some things I cannot get back which I paid for; as said by the brand new teacher, Ms. Amaria, who helped disparage his items. The bottom line is that I was paying for a service as a customer and at least my child should have been treated as so. Ms. Monica needs to make sure that her future infant room employees are qualified infant caregivers instead of random people who babysat their relatives as a favor a few years ago.

We recently moved to WPB and were referred to TLE by my employer. After visiting many different facilities, TLE was a breath of fresh air. The facility is highly secure with cameras and key/token entry at all mayor entrances/exits. My toddler immediately fell in love with the staff from day one. They offer a detailed curriculum that has made a difference for our son, because he now speaks much clearer and is constantly surprising us with new words. They send home a detailed sheet with their daily activities and he always has something fun, educational and different going on. Also compared to other places we toured in the area this place was super clean! My other son started at 4 months and they made it very easy for me to transition back to work. I know my baby is well taken care of and loved like if he was home with me. All of the teachers and administrators there are very caring and have taken the time to get to know both my children, as well as my husband and I. We are always greeted with smiles every day and all of the teachers know us and our boys (even the teachers from other classes). They have water play area used during summertime (outside) which was my toddlers absolute favorite. They also have a "rainy day room" and a special play room that looks like a small town with a super cool ball pit and slide. Last, the school is nut and powder free facility.

I cant say enough good about this wonderful place. I started leaving my son with TLE when he was almost 5 months old and I couldnt be happier with how loving, caring and attentive they are with him. When I drop him off every morning he is greeted with welcoming arms and he smiles and giggles and you can tell that he wants to be with them. My boy is almost 9 months old now and has transitioned from Infant A to Infant B and the progress he has made since day 1 is amazing. I leave my baby with Ms. Latorrya and Ms. Christin and the new staff that is training has been extremely plesant. Cant thank these women all enough for what they do for my little Elias!

Awesome place my son goes here for VPK the staff here is wonderful theyre very polite and caring. On my off days I try to keep my son at home but he cries to go to school. His teacher miss Coya is always at the door to great him with a hug. And before Marcus leaves he never forgets to hug Ms Coya buy. Almost out the door he turns around and go back to hug her. I really love that. Coming from. A military daycare working there on base and loved it I see a lot of similarities and it make me feel happy and knowing that my Marcus is safe and loved. Thanks guys for being so good to my Marcus.

Ms. Latorrya and Ms. Cristin made my transition with my first and only son as smooth as possible. They have taken great care of him and made me feel comfortable leaving him there from the moment I met them. They did not give me a hard time when I called a couple times a day to check on him when we first started and now he hugs them every morning. He has been going for 8 months now and he loves his teachers. Ms. Eileen was also instrumental in choosing this place for my son. He is safe and happy.

I have never had anything other than a great experience with this school. The teachers are my favorite part. They know all of the children even the ones that are not in their specific classrooms. Huge shout out to my kids teachers: Ms. Sarah and Ms. Suzanne. They have patience, understanding, and commitment to the children. They are rockstars!! Would definitely recommend this school.

My daughter started attending the learning experience as an infant and within 2 months she was able to learn 3-4 different sign languages and other skills. I love her teachers they treat her as their own child. Mrs. Monica and Ms. Eileen went above and beyond and made arrangements for my daughter. Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone.
