Made a visit to this establishment this morning 12/14/2016 at the drive-thru the furthest one from the building waiting and waiting, no response (I was the only vehicle in the drive-thru at the time). Another vehicle pulls up and what do I hear *Good morning welcome to Chick-Fil-A my name is B------- can I take your order*. So, I say excuse me, excuse me, excuse me. Finally, a response with *Good morning welcome to Chick-Fil-A my name is B------- can I take your order*. Really, my vehicle was in the drive-thru before the person whose order youve just taken....the driver of the other vehicle looked at me as if she heard me *she heard me*. B-------said she did not see me. Chick-Fil-A has cameras....I was the only vehicle in the drive-thru for sometime.....that was your assigned duty to run drive-thru. Im not trying to have anyone in trouble or reprimanded. Just be more mindful of people and own up to what you do and DON"T DO. cmB

Naturally, after we finished eating, my two year old wanted to play on the indoor playground. Our of excitement I assume, she ran into the glass door hitting her forehead pretty hard. As she screamed I picked her up and sat her back at my table to calm her. Immediately an employee named Meghan came up to me to make sure she was okay and offered to bring her an ice pack. Along with the ice pack she brought a small cup of ice cream. As simple as that was, it made a big enough impact for me to sit down tonight and write a compliment to the corporate office of Chick Fil A. I sincerely appreciate the caring, compassionate staff at this Chick Fil A location- especially Meghan. I want to thank you and I hope this reaches her so she will understand how appreciative I am.

Dont get me wrong.. I am a HUGE Chick-Fil-A fan, but this specific location is a big no-no with my family anymore. After several successful visits to this location, our wonderful service went down-hill... The last visit here, I ordered a grilled chicken salad without cheese. Since I omitted ingredients, my salad was to be made by order. As always, the service was good and the workers were very friendly. Half way through eating my salad however, the carcass of a dead fly was seen within the salad leaves. What the heck.. totally ruined my whole experience for this location. Such a bummer! Guess I will be driving all the way back to Lakeland whenever I need my CFA fix.

We have never been to chik fil a and had a bad experience....until last week. Chik fil a differs from a lot of the other local fast food chains, most of their employees are polite and quick about service, this last time we went it as about 9:00 and I had my 2 daughters with me and my wife, I was shocked to keep hearing the F bomb being dropped constantly, BS, SH**, Etc etc, and there was even a team leader along with them. Im not the type to say ill never eat here again cause I like dem waffle fries :) But I was definitely surprised. 3 stars for the food.

I have to put my own cream in my coffee .... in the drive thru??? Im driving. Obviously I went to the drive thru for a reason. I even mentioned it and was told "yeah we used to but dont anymore" ... ANYWHERE else you go they add your cream into your coffee. Even McDonalds. Every other chick fil a I go to is packed. This one was empty. Definitely not the typical friendly, accommodating customer service Im used to from chick fil a. Put cream in my coffee if Im in the drive thru. Common sense. Food was okay.

Food is fine. My rating is based off the girl at the drive thru window, I do not know here name though she is short, with dark hair, and is chunky (written with no malice intent). I have been coming a lot recently and am greeted by her, she is not friendly and inviting, with no exaggeration every time I am greeted by her she seems to be in some type of mood.

One of my favorite Chick-fil-As. This place is always spotless and the staff are always on point. Because you know the food quality is always excellent at a Chick-fil-A, its the staff that makes the difference. From fresh flowers on the tables to the extra helpful staff, visiting this location is always a pleasant experience!

I love this place not only does it have Cold A/C but it has a playground for the Kiddies to play after they eat So you can eat (Mommy duties) but also the Number 2 Deluxe Spicy chicken on a butter bun with Pepper jack is to die for OMG fat moment

This is one of the best locations I have been to. My order is always correct and the food quality is excellent. The chocolate shakes are the best. Customer service is also excellent, very friendly at all times. Never experienced a problem.

Went in tonight and the girls at the counter was busy gossiping and when the manager told them to stop one girl rolled her eyes. So rude. Dont have a problem with the food, its great but they need better employees.

Always an awesome experience at this Chick-fil-A. The staff are very friendly and helpful with everything. Food is always great, and facilities are ALWAYS clean. Wi-Fi is slow, but functional.

Chick-fil-A offers one of the best fast food experiences. Our stop here was no different. It was packed with the dinner rush but the employees were fast, friendly and very efficient.

Regular stop every time we go to Legoland. A typical friendly service and good food Chick Fil A. Unlike most, I can always find parking and a seat. Great play area for kids.
