5 Stars for a sandwich shop? Okay, I get it... but heres why. The employees here swing for the fences. The manager here - Bobby, I think? - understands hospitality. He takes care of the customer that wants a recommendation, special instructions on their meal, etc. This isnt fine cuisine, but in the tier of sandwich shops, this Firehouse is king.

It was not like the 1st time when I came here. Food was 50/50 so to say an I told the lady no tomatoes an no mustard an she still put it on anyway. I still ate it but its just the point. Other then that there chilli here is really good if you like chilli..

Been going here for a long time; one of the best subs in Winter Haven, hands down. Bobby runs a great shop and never fails to welcome whoever walks through the door. Highly recommended!

Worst Chicken Salad EVER! Waited three yrs to come here and have a FH sub. Well I guess I waited too long. Now it sucks. And the auburndale location is closed which sucks now.
