I brought my SUV to this place of business to have the hood painted. When the salesman (Jason) was telling me about their business, there were all kinds of promises made about their high quality of work. He gave me a quote, I agreed to that price, a completion date was given, and I turned my vehicle over to the folks at Econo Auto painting. One of the worst transactions Ive ever been apart of ensued. After not hearing from the company at the agreed upon completion date, I had to call them to see if my vehicle was ready. Obviously it was not. I had to wait two extra days for my vehicle, which is a major inconvenience. But I was assured it would be worth the wait. It wasnt. When I picked up the car, the clear coat was bubbled around the hood. There was still over-spray on the windshield and mirrors. There was paint residue/dirt on the steering wheel. When Jason was confronted with these issues, his response was "Its called Econo for a reason". Jason had a completely different level of quality control after the job was finished than he did when he was trying to get my business. After 3 months of living with their poor workmanship, the clear coat started bubbling up in multiple other areas. I waited another couple weeks to see if that would spread, and of course it did. I felt like the right thing to do was giving them one last opportunity to make this situation right. Their response was predictable: excuse after excuse after excuse. This actually had the grapes to say that he would charge me another $180 to re-do his piss-poor job - with no guarantee that the end result would be different. Quality of work: 1/10 Customer service: 1/10 Responsiveness: 1/10 Punctuality: 1/10 DO NOT EVER HAVE THIS COMPANY DO ANY WORK FOR YOU

One star only because I cannot give 0 stars. The owner Jason was frankly rude to us when we went to have our 2002 van painted. Our van was recently wrapped in vinyl and only the bumpers needed to be painted because of rust. He said there was no way that they were going to paint the van because it was "too old" and it was "not worth it". He didnt even give us an estimate, he just refused to paint our van. I dont know how they are still in business with this kind of service. I would not recommend this place to anyone, even if you are on a budget, there are way better places to go to.

Econo Auto Painting did a very good job on my car. Considering they charged me 7 (yes, seven!) times less than the competitor gave me an estimate for, Id say they did a PHENOMENAL job. I wanted to have my car painted in a bright green color while not going bankrupt. The color I had in mind was not in their book, but Tim (the manager) found it online and said they could do it. It came out looking exactly the shade I had in mind and I am loving my new car. Tim was very courteous and had great customer service skills. A true professional. Very pleasant experience!

This place is full of Crack Heads my car was black when it went in to be touched up. As they called it. When I went to pick it up it a funky blue light in some spots dark in others. They had oily shoe stains in my back seats they dropped the paint gun on my hood leaving a hole and a dent paint on all the windows the lights the rims and tires the rubber molding. They also broke off all of the BMW insignia. So Run Run dont let them wash it. It cost me $5200.00 to repair their F up BBB only lets file a report. I hope this helped you in time.

I went too the one in lakeland this is the 5th time taking my car back. They keep messing up my paint job and they dont even clean your car if they got after spray inside of your car very sad they can do a better job at it. But lets see how they do this time agian. The guy at the front desk he is very polite and he helps us each time very good man they got. Other then that Im not please with my paint job

For the price i paid it was a good deal they did exactly what i ask for it was not a blow and go but it was a $900 dollar truck too and it sold for $4000 thanks econo
