I had my car repaired here in July/August 2017. They did a good job repairing but customer service when it comes to having issues after is poor from my experience so far. I dropped off a car that started great (no issues starting, just damage from a rear end collision), but when I picked up my car I noticed (too late) that they had turned on my dome light which caused my battery to go bad ... now I have a car that wont properly start because it sat there draining during the repair. When I called ACar they said it had nothing to do with the repair and they would not do anything about it ... They did do a good job with the actual repair, but with the lack of any customer service afterward Im giving them 2 stars, if it wasnt for this issue it would be much higher. So as long as there are no issues you should be good, but if you have any issues after the repair, my experience is that they dont take responsibility. Response: Matt - thanks for responding. Im confused at your response though, I dropped the car off with the dome light off (Im very meticulous about this), and picked it up and noticed the next day that it was set to always on. Ever since I picked it up I would have starting issues IF I didnt drive long distances (makes sense because the longer you drive the better charge the alternator can give the battery, but shorter distances the car would barely start). When I called the shop & explained this I was told point blank by Ashley that you would not do anything, so I have already purchased a new battery $119 which I am just out unless you are willing to help cover it since it seems that it was caused by your shop leaving the dome light on. Since I have a new battery now (your shop had already told me they wouldnt do anything & I didnt want to be stranded), I dont know if there is any point in the 40 minute drive to bring it back in. You are welcome to call if you want, I would love for this to be made right. But if not Ill live with a poor review and being out $119 & find a new shop for future repairs. Again, good repair, but bad customer service after the fact.

My insurance company recommended Acar for my repair and I am so pleased that I listened. Their repair job for my collision damage was flawless. I also had my car detailed inside and out. I was absolutely amazed at how clean they were able to get my stained light beige carpet and seats. My car looks brand new! Their staff, especially Roberto, were extremely pleasant to deal with and patient with answering all of my questions. I hope I never need collision repair again, but if I do I will definitely use Acar. And, I will certainly use them for detailing in the future.

Very very rude customer service by the owner, Nancy. If u ever need to have your car towed (or pick it up b/c it legally had to be towed) I do not suggest talking to the woman at all. Shes unbelievably rude even though you are keeping her company running. Dont give them your money if u can help it...its expensive as hell and they arent even grateful that you spend however much money they decide to charge you. Horrible horrible horrible service

This company is fantastic at making cars look new again. When my sons vehicle got hit and the dealership wanted too much and promised too little, this Acar Company delivered more quality and at a better price, and I would have given more to get this end result. Surprising in todays market but thats why independent self-owned businesses are always the way to go. Appreciate it guys, thanks from us both.

Acar did a great job on my vehicle repairs. The staff and the new owners (Matt & Misty) are very professional and honest people. I refuse to take my car anywhere else!! I will return to have it detailed on a monthly routine & any mechanical maintenance it may need... Acar has a loyal customer always now!
