SIMOS um let me start off by saying supervisors make up their own rules 1. Only 5 ppl off a day if you request off 2. No chewing gum unless its out of the package 3. Dont talk to the head supervisor without permission (open door policy my ass) 4. Dont log out MC40 but if theres no work log out your MC40 5. Make production (no problem doing) but when theres no work make sure you log in your MC40 6. Head Manager acts like he works for the head supervisor because when you go to him to fix a problem theres nothing he can do trust me the list goes on.....David plays by the book LOL funny what book that is I asked to be off for my wedding AUGUST 19th he denies it five ppl off my ass never heard of this rule Andy Manager over David cant do nothing about it cant work with my school schedule dont care about family funerals oh yes a funeral something thats unexpected these ppl are hilarious but good luck on your journey with simos oh yeah by the way if you travel far for voluntary overtime make sure your gas on F because they will send you home 2 seconds in Atlanta Ga warehouse
