My experience with Aerotek has been a 5-star so far. From my initial job application to my being hired, they consistently kept in touch every step of the way, providing timely updates and feedback which enabled me make a seamless transition from my then current employer to a new one. Aerotek also offers one of the best simple, paper-free and intuitive time card reporting systems Ive ever used, and this is key because it enabled me spend less time dealing with issues related to time cards and gave me the chance to focus more on my core duties with my new employer. Every member of the office team has been super-friendly and very professional. Ill strongly recommend them without any reservations.

I had a positive experience working with Aerotek. My recruiters stayed in contact with me throughout the interview process and during the duration of my assignment. When I had concerns, they were promptly addressed. (Such as working to help me track down my paycheck that got lost- to be clear- this was the payroll companys fault and not Aerotek.) They also still periodically check in with me though I no longer work through them. The pay and benefits are fairly good, especially for a staffing agency. I have recommended Aerotek to friends looking for employment in the scientific disciplines.

I had an excellent experience with Aerotek Mason scientific staffing agency. My recruiter, Kevin Rigney, contacted me immediately after responding to a job posting and we did a brief, casual phone interview. Within 2-3 weeks I was placed in a temp-to-hire position that I love! :D Kevin is an awesome recruiter. Hes friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond with communicating details about the process or interview/resume couching. Ive also had good experiences with their other office staff. I was having trouble accessing one of their websites and was able to get help immediately.

Great staffing agency. The staff is friendly professional and attends to your issues quickly. Kevin Rigney was my recruiter and he is great, he went beyond my expectations as a recruiter. I would have given 5 stars but I gave 4 only because I wish you could update your direct deposit online and it went through quicker than two pay periods. But overall the company is the best that I have seen in a staffing agency ever.
