Called Tuesday for an appointment on Saturday at 10:00 with A.K. Gave Donna my name and phone number. She said I was "all set". I arrived at 9:55 to find out that AK was no longer there and that there was nobody that could cut my hair until 11:30. No call to let me know that we need to reschedule. An indifferent attitude from Jeff and an owner that did nothing to help out. Must be a bunch of cut throat, couldnt care less people that get hired in this place. Oh well. Will find another barber that knows what good service means.

The staff are all very kind, skilled and take their time (Ill admit, Im slightly a diva when it comes to my hair). Been going to Silos for a little over 2 years now. Their customer service combined with the attention to detail with every client, is exactly what youre looking for in a Barber Shop.
