Terrible experience. Had a 1:30 appointment, walked in nobody said hello or whats up or anything. Sat there until 2:30 while the barber continued to call other people up. Finally I said to him that my appointment was an hour ago and got no response. To his defense I was sitting right under the TV and it was loud so he may not have heard me. Either way the fact that I had an appointment and nobody bothered to say or check on anything even after I sat there for an hour is not cool with me. Most shops say whats up and ask if youre a walk in or if you have an appointment and who the appointment is with as soon as you walk in. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Bad experience, went in with my 7 year old they give him a wrong hair cut. Ignoring what he want it and what I said. He ends up crying the hall day . He has been growing his hair for 6 month to get what he wants it . But there you go he is gonna start all over again. I am not recommending anyone there plus the shop is nasty too.

Walked in, guy in first chair to the left wouldnt look up from his cell phone to help. Just needed a cut for my little boy before his Kindergarten graduation . Walked out to spend my money elsewhere. My son asked me to call his regular barber but hes out of town.

Need a cut? Definitely my GO-TO anytime Im in town. Very friendly atmosphere, and pleasant. I met with Leon and I had an almost less than 1 minute wait (I went at 1p on a Wednesday). I will definitely recommend this place.

Great shop. The barbers there have their own unique story to tell. Especially when UK basketball season is going on. If you want to get that feel of a barbershop that has a true community feel to it, Go to New Ebony!!!!
