Its obvious why Daniel Peiken wins the Flagpole Realtor of the Year award. Daniel loves people which means he knows everyone in Athens. Daniel loves Athens which means he knows your neighborhood. Daniel is well-connected, with insider knowledge about the players in this crazy game, and great recommendations for other members of your team. Plus, he has probably been in the house that you want to buy already! Or at least the one next door. Mr. Daniel Peiken not only got all our crazy questions answered, he usually got them answered quite quickly. Most of all, Daniel is someone you can spend time with, while a lot of realtors – EVEN in Athens – seems a little plastic, or at least guarded. Daniel is a lot of fun as well as a top professional.

Great realtor! We sold our first home through Daniel & had a great experience. Our situation was NOT ideal; we were selling from out of state & had four people on the contract, but he helped take care of everything. He coordinated everything from termite inspections to getting our yard cleaned up, and was at the closing when we were unable to be there.
