I worked with Kim Teague and she is a great realator. Returned my calls and texts and helped me find the perfect home for me, when we had a couple of offers fall thro she got right on it and never missed a beat. She kept her cool and got me into an updated nice home for a reasonable price and followed right along with appraiser and and inspections, after I moved in I had trouble with new dishwasher leak she called the other relator and was fixed asap, and then I could not get light on in bathroom and the owner came out and checked himself and fixed the problem. I would trust her with any property needs I have, so much so I am going to list with her in couple of weeks. Call Kim you will be glad you can.

These people are the absolute worst, they dont care about you, your house or any thing having to do with respect or compassion towards your property. Their renters that they asked me to rent my house to as a favor did over ten thousand dollars worth of damage and theft. Their answer to me was I should have got a bigger security deposit. Thanks for nothing!!! Oh by the way the tenant was the lady that owned the Catalooche Bakery and café, out of business now, go figure.

If I could rate them below 1 start I would the fact that I have to even put a whole one here is awful. Never EVER use them... They are rude, and you cant get anything fixed... The lady we worked with couldnt keep a smile on her face and God forbid you asked her to get up and out from behind the desk, I just would not recommend anyone going through them for anything.

Please, please save yourself a lot of STRESS and MONEY and STAY AWAY!!!! You cant get any repairs done through the property manager. They will tell you one thing and then another and they are great at making up all kinds of excuses!! I would not recommend them to ANYONE!!! Warn everyone in Haywood County to stay away
