We thought that they were great landlords at first but then came the problems. When we asked about utilities they said that they "didnt know but they couldnt be bad if they had so many long-term tenants" which was a total lie. Our utilities ended up being over $300/month and we werent running the AC! They KNEW it was going to be expensive and didnt tell us! Then we decided we had to break the lease because we couldnt afford it (because of utilities) and they wouldnt talk to us for two weeks even after we emailed them, called them, sent them a snail-mail letter, then called them again FINALLY to get Pat on the phone. She chewed us out for breaking the lease and said that we were going to be responsible for the entire amount of the lease (which isnt true according to ohio landlord-tenant laws, youre only responsible for the amount that goes un-paid between you and moving another person in). We had tried that whole time to just communicate with her and they wouldnt! We got a new tenant in and dont owe any rent and now they are trying to hold our security deposit from us, which also is against the law (the landlord isnt allowed to just keep the security deposit because you broke your lease). Please dont work with these people, it will only bring you hardship. Pat has a temper and if you encounter any problems at all they will refuse to work with you. They are distant and hard to reach. My first four months in ohio were ruined by my experience with them and it still goes on.

hello everybudy. am a tenant of remax. just want to make sure. they are doing now expensive advertisements to gain public interest/attracts by doing parashute adds but unfortunately they dont have minimum range of cctv cameras for tenant safety in there buildings.since 2 to 3 days some one throwing garbage/oil/ tea/coffee on my car. for this issue i called to remax office just to ask this issues going on so what the help we can get from you to stop this thing going on at my parking lot.. they simply said call 911.. oh my gosh fr this now everybody have to go police fr small issues but they cant install atleast cctv to control this matters. thank god 2mnth left to end up my one year lease. i never ever be back or gone to remax anymore

I have rented from Pat at two different properties over a total of 4 years, and she helped me buy two houses and helped my dad buy two houses. She is warm, knowledgable and professional. And her properties are well-maintained. I rented for many years and Pats places were the best because she is responsive and attentive. I am dumbfounded by these negative reviews. My advice is to call Pat and find out for yourself how great she is.

Pat Davis, her daughter Bridgid Davis started to spread false rumor about my sister. The maintenance guy, named Sergio is an illegal Mexican. He always makes false complaint against any Muslim so other illegal Mexicans can live here. The service went down and down every year and rent went up and up.

The worst property management you can ever find. No maintenance of the property, heavily roach infested. And on top of this their horrible management. You can never get hold of their managers and those who answer the phone calls are mere puppets and cannot help you. Horrible experience.
