Not sure about the other agents working out of this office, but my experience with the agent I signed on with was horrible. Within one week she had me stressed out to the point of tears. She was pushy and disregarded my numerous request that she not call me during my working hours. Furthermore, she stopped by my home unannounced on several occasions, during which one time she started snapping pictures of the inside of my house with her cell phone. Really how unprofessional. Shouldnt an agent arrange a time to come by for pictures and measurements, so that the seller can straighten up their house to make it more sell-able??? I ended up having to do both for her because she was so pushy. Whats worse is how she pressured me to sell my house way under the fair market value and its SEV value. The last straw is when she listed my house and attempted to arrange an showing, before I even signed the listing papers. She had her on agenda and it wasnt me as the seller. This all happened within one week. Century 21 ... never again!!!

Patricia Meldrum is the worse. Refused to give our deposit back and when we went to small claims in Marquette she tried to tell the judge that she had done the cleaning even after we had shown proof. Caught her in three lies even that we could prove to the judge. No personal integrity at all. When another tenant moved out she tried to raise our rents to cover her costs. O, and we almost died of carbon monoxide poisoning. When she has a court date in small claims in MQT she has to have a lawyer present as well. Not good people.

The facility is usually neat and clean but sometimes the customer service is lacking and the people do not appear to be as generous as you would expect of a customer service based business
