Very unhappy with our experience! Our Remax realtor seemed great at first, but as soon as we bought the house, she has refused to answer any phone calls, or emails, or texts, for weeks now. I have tried calling the office directly to get the information I need (final water bill that she was supposed to get to us so we knew how much we were responsible for) and I was told they would "call me back". They never did. Ive been on the hook waiting for this final water bill information for almost a month now, and VERY very upset about it. All I can guess is that since I mentioned in my call to Remax that I wanted to complain to a manager about this agent, they are just protecting their own, and hoping Ill get lost and not bother them. If this is the kind of service they are going to provide, Id suggest staying far FAR away from this company, and especially this office!
