Fabulous Service! Above and Beyond Customer Service! Im a control freak and my sorority sister was turning 30 and we planned a trip to ATL to celebrate. I wanted to have balloons in the room upon arrival! While this vendor doesnt have a website to browse options, they can describe to you what they have via phone. I wanted some speciality LED glowing balloons, which I found online and wanted to send to this vendor to blow up and then deliver to the hotel. I communicated with the hotel and they were happy to accommodate. I then began the journey to find a vendor in ATL that would do the job. I found this vendor via Google and they were a God send. Candace called me through the process to update me and inform me that the balloons I ordered werent going to float. She made sure the the drop off crew was equipt with take and extra balloons to make my selection float. Well done customer service! Thanks so much or your diligence and when/if in ATL I will be sure to look you all up again!

I just wanted to thank you for the clever, unique and impressive balloons you created and provided for my grandsons baby shower. From the darling (giant) pacifiers to his name spelled out in large silver letters (Jude), your balloons added the perfect touch to our gathering, and everyone was impressed. The set up was rapid and efficient, and the ladies were both warm and professional. Thank you all so much! I cannot say enough about the service or the quality; truly top notch. Well definitely be calling Balloons Over Atlanta for the next big party.

This is a company that I would not recommend doing business with. I spoke with 3 different people, including the owner. My calls were never returned and the owner promised me a contract and then practically hung up on me. I never heard from her again! This is shocking in the era of a recession - I would think event planning companies would be willing and able to help with party planning. I am planning a 150 people event with a large budget. This company will not be getting my business and I do not recommend them for yours!

This is a very nice place to have a wedding or another kind of event. I really like this place. We rented this place for my cousins wedding and it was so nice. The price was very decent and the space was amazing. Lots and lots of room.

The custom pieces they produce are unique and beautiful! I was so excited when I found out all of their balloons are made in the USA and biodegradable! Love their decorations, definitely using them again.
