We had to change day cares for location, and having to change made my husband and I very nervous. Our daughter has been going to this Kindercare since February and we love it! Every day that she walks in she heads straight to her teacher with a big smile on her face. The teachers go above and beyond, and the center director always makes sure that there is something fun planned. Everyone that works there The facility is very clean and everyone that works there is very friendly and welcoming. If help is ever needed in another area of the facility, the . Every morning we are greeted with open arms. It is such a joy being able to pick her up in the evenings knowing that she had a great day interacting with friends and learning from her teachers. We highly recommend this Kindercare.

Eeeeeeeeek! I chose not to put my child there because the physical location was so horrible. There are no walls. No walls... It is just a huge open space with weird temporary half walls. The teacher for the toddler room was really sweet and had been there a long time but the teacher to student ratio was horrible! Even the best teacher would have trouble handling that many kids. The designated space for the toddlers (again, no walls... cant get over it) was tiny and cramped. They also told me they dont turn off lights for nap. It was just weird. I guess if your toddler doesnt nap and doesnt mind confined spaces it would be a great place to go.

All Kindercare’s are not created equal. We moved our child to this location so he would be closer to work; terrible idea. I couldn’t figure out why there weren’t many children in this facility. We soon found out. After 2 months at the previous Kindercare we experienced nothing but great things. 4 days here and he came home with multiple scratches on his face, a bite mark on his arm, and one on his cheek. It resulted from older children being allowed to play with very small children. How he got all those injuries before someone noticed, I have no idea. I would hate to think financial reasons had anything to do with it.

My son (who is almost 24 months) started attending this Kindercare at 6 months old. He has thrived in this environment! The center is always clean and the teachers are amazing. It is clear that the Center Director and all of the teachers care about the kids. My son is always excited to go to school. I love that they have a curriculum based program for each age group. I would recommend this KinderCare to anyone. It is an affordable option and you can feel safe in knowing that your kids are being taken care of well.

We love KinderCare Concourse for our son. The teachers take a true interest in our sons well being and hes already learned so much in 6 short months. Center Directors are so warm and welcoming and were very pleased we made the right choice. Only downfall is the parking is limited - a challenge during busy pick up times but always works out.

Our daughter has been going to Kindercare Concourse Parkway since January. We have been very pleased with the center. All of the teachers are friendly, our little girl (14 months) is always excited to see her teachers which gives us peace of mind. We would definitely recommend the center.

Any negative review needs to be met with a return to the center, after almost 4 years, I have seen both the good and the bad... but seriously, this center is awesome!!!! The teachers truly care about the children, the management truly cares about the staff. It is like a huge family!!

We have walls now! Please stop by again for a tour and tell me what you think. We appreciate your honest feedback. We also want to thank our current and former parents for allowing us to be a part of your child’s life and sharing your experience with us.
