Unfortunately I did not catch the estheticians name who gave me a wax. I believe it was the owner of the salon. I bought a Groupon and called to make sure the deal was accepted. The receptionist informed me to stop by before 7 pm or wait two weeks to use the Groupon. I arrived by 6:30 and was scolded for showing up 30 minutes before 7. Even though the salon closes at 8 pm and it does not take too long to get a Brazilian wax. When it became time to give me a wax the esthetician was extremely rough and the wax was too warm. The experience was extremely uncomfortable and she had a nasty attitude. One minute she was nice and the next minute she was rude when I asked her a question. She rushed through the appointment and did not get all the hair. I left in pain and disappointment.

I would have given four stars, but my last experience was less than spectacular. Jasmine is amazing!! The customer service is A-1!! But the last girl who did my eyebrows took too much and she did not leave tint on long enough. Also Brazilian was done subpar. She did not pay attention to detail. Jasmine always pays attention to detail. If I do decide to go back I will only let Jasmine touch me. She was the one I originally scheduled with in the first place. Only reason I am not going back at this point is I have found services closer that pay attention to detail. I get who I scheduled with and the prices are a lot better. (Especially if you are getting multiple service at one time). Otherwise I recommend this salon.

They do their craft well. My eyebrows are done well. Im happy with the result. The reason I give 2 stars is because I had the misfortune of going on a Sunday when 1 person was doing the eyebrows. I waited my time and after she was done with the eyebrows another customer shouted at me to hurry up. I took less than 10 minutes with the employee and since live far away was checking if I was okay with the shape of my eyebrows. It was not my fault that one person was doing the eyebrows or that they got 5 customers come in at the last hour. If you guys know your traffic, maybe deploy more staff to do eyebrows. Unless you enjoy customers being insulted by other customers at your business.

I had my very first Bikini wax with Ruby yesterday. She was very informative, pleasant, relaxing, kind and patient. I will have every one in my office make an appointment with Ruby she was very gentle and I will be making my next appointment with her in just a few weeks. I will also be having my eyebrows done with her. There was no wait time and the atmosphere was calming and professional. I was also offer a beverage which was unexpected. I absolutely love this place.

I love these girls I cant for the life of me remember the name of the lady that threaded my eyebrows the first time I went but she was amazing and I hope shes still there. I usually get my eyebrows threaded by Sophie now and shes such a sweet girl. I just dont like how aggressive they are about upselling other services each time i go i tell them Ill try something else when i get some money but it never fails that they ask anyway lol I understand though.

Neat place with reasonable prices. I got full face threading for $30. The threading was not perfect as in there was hair left on my face, also not a lot was done to prevent breakout after threading. I would prefer a more communicative and reassuring service when it comes to my health and beauty. Edit: went back and Alvira fixed every imperfection! Im happy now!

I always go here. I usually get my eyebrows done by Ali--i gave her the nickname. She is the owner. But when I cant get her I get them done by Sue! Love it. They are reasonable and I tip always. I earned my free one so I am going to use it today actually. I wish they had a place here on the south side in peachtree city...I have to drive out to get my brows done!

This place is awesome, they do GREAT painless threading and very very beautiful henna tattoos for any and all occasion, or just because. The staff is friendly and the salon is nice and relaxing. They offer many services, such as full body waxing, hair styling, make up, and much more, its a great one stop shop if you are going out for a special occasion.

I come here often but I normally only let one person do my eyebrows, upper lip, and Brazilian wax. Unfortunately Alvira (the owner) has taken some time off. Im very anal about my eyebrows. But yesterday Ruby did an awesome job on EVERYTHING! She did my eyebrows exactly how I asked and my Brazilian wax was quick and basically painless. Go see Ruby!!!

I ventured into this salon, on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. The service was great, and the prices were right! They have a loyalty program and much like the other waxing salons have a full body waxing discount! For $75 you can get legs, Brazilian, underarms, and eyebrows waxed; Tip: Ask for Sue she is great!

I had a great experience at this salon. I highly recommend Priya, she is a great and she knows exactly what she are doing and she is fast and very precise. I really felt amazing when my friends noticed the different and loved her work. I highly recommend her. I will be back several times as long as Im in Atlanta.

okay so my eyerows looked REALLy good. and I had messed them up before, so I know they know what theyre doing. but threading is too painful for me. the ladies were really nice! Also I bought a lip plumper and it did NOT work, and it was $25. but if you can take the feeling of threading please go!

Terrible service. I got a simple waxing service for my arms and by the end of it I was left with bruises on my arm. The so called aesthician kept using the same strip over and over pulling harshly while complaining about the lack of tips at the same time. So unprofessional.

I get eyebrow threading and upper lip waxing. I go to whomever is available and I havent had any issues. They also gave me a discount for my birthday and you earn free services for being a regular. Overall great place.
