Typically a good place to take clothes...but I had a issue today when I went to pick up my dry cleaning. Clerk said it had already been picked up. I went home, found the ticket and called back. She said the shirts were there, but in my name, not my husbands. When I had originally gone by, I told her the last name only. Apparently they have two accounts - one for me and one for my husband, but I never knew that. If she had said there was no order on record, I would have delved into the situation further, and probably figured out they had the two accounts that were not connected. Then, the clerk called back and said she could not reach the owner and then tried to argue her case with me. WRONG WRONG WRONG. I told her the problem is with their system and they obviously do not train their employees well, and if I could figure out how to talk with the owner that is what I would tell them.

This dry cleaners has got to be the worst I have been to in my life! Extremely unprofessional! My brand new dress is RUINED! I just want to cry! It was faded and torn with the worst stench. After proving to the owner it was not that way when i dropped it off, I still got the run around on getting it fixed. I would have been okay if they would have at least admitted the mistake, but instead they lied and lied and lied. Not trust worthy at all! Brides beware!!

The worst experience ever. My brand new $89 suit jacket was ruined. My jacket had white french cuffs; after their non-professional dry cleaning they are now pink. There excuse to me was the maker of the jacket used the wrong material, and that they should have used a different color for the inseam...That is bull !!! The only thing they were willing to do is give me a $6 credit on my next dry cleaning. You can best believe I am going to report them.
