If there was a Zero I would give it. I wanted to write to tell you about a very horrible experience I have had with this company. I brought in several jackets to get dry-cleaned. They were not dirty, there were no spots or stains they just needed freshened up. I picked up the dry cleaning and brought it home, while I unpacked the garments I saw the Jcrew white blazer I had cleaned now had several blue ink stains as well as a giant dirt spot on the front. I could NOT BELIEVE they would let me pick up my dry cleaning without telling me they had done this to my clothes. The jackets came back 10x worse than when I dropped it off. I called and tried to speak with the “manager” Carl several times, which honestly I would recommend you have your upper management take training courses on customer service, and he promised to call me back within 24 hours both times and both times I had to call him! Don’t promise what you are obviously not in a position to deliver. The jacket came back from the cleaners a week later (again) and when I went to pick it up the blue ink stains were gone but there was a yellow stain on the front going towards the back as well as scratch marks on the fabric from where they tried to clean it. Again, this was totally unacceptable and I tried to get a hold of Carl again with no luck. He then after another week called and left me a message that they would give me an in store credit…why in the world would I ever want an in store credit??? I will never trust to ever bring any of my clothes to this establishment again! They all have handled this so poorly that frankly I am surprised you are still in business.

I would never bring another piece of business to Monroe Cleaners. They damaged a $500 comforter, tried to repair it and made it worse. The owner, Megan, refuses to return calls and avoids calls when she is in the office. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and I will be taking them to small claims court.

Quick friendly service - I recently brought a comforter in, they cleaned it quick and it looks perfect. I always bring my suits and shirts, theyre quick and affordable. thanks to the staff at Monroe I got my shirts done next day FOR FREE! No extra charge.

I used the Liberty Township location for about 4 years. They were very fast, inexpensive and never confused my order. Their staff was always speedy as well. Simply, a good dry cleaner.
