After another cleaners in Smyrna ruined two pieces of my clothing, two friends recommended Stans. Well, I wish they hadnt. The first time I went there, I left five pieces to be cleaned. When I returned to pick them up a week later, they had no record of my clothes (they dont use a computer). Luckily I had my ticket - they took the number and told me they would call me when they had located them. Almost five hours later with no word, I called them, to find out that "Noone had brought them back" and otherwise they had made no progress but thought they "know who has them." Yes, thats right, they gave my clothes to someone else, but their record-keeping system is so poor they dont know who. In all my life, I have never had this happen! As I said, this business was recommended to me, but after this experience, I dont feel I can trust them, no matter how good they may be otherwise. So, be forewarned!

We have used Stans for 13 years now and have always been more than pleased with their quality of service, especially on special items. They are so friendly and helpful; they make it a pleasure to drop clothes off and pick them up ... and they take care of things without being asked. We continue to recommend them to our neighbors.

Stans asked me to pre-pay for my dry cleaning. He was unable to resolve the spot in my clothing and refused to refund the money when unable to complete the job. He was hostile and unfriendly. Find another dry cleaners.
