I have been using Jins Cleaners for a few years now and was very satisfied with the service, until the nice female attendant was replaced in June 2007. I dont know whether the business changed hands, but the place just took a nosedive after she left. The white shirts are pressed but the necklines are never cleaned anymore. In July 2007, they damage one of my ties, and simply hide it between the other ties. When I reported it to them the attendant and the man in charge told me that it was not them who damaged it. The damage is very obvious in one end of the tie eaten up by some machine, and I cant believe that they are telling me that it was originally like that. It is a shame that a business cannot own up to a mistake and take responsibility, especially when they are paid by consumers. I would recommend that everyone stay away from Jins Cleaners. I will keep the damaged tie to show as evidence of their bad service and I will continue to spread the word to everyone to refrain from using Jins Cleaners. Soon every home and person will have a computer, so I urge everyone to write reviews on these bad businesses and read the reviews before you use them. Bad businesses the virtual world is coming and there is no escaping it. It will drive you out of business.

I used to love coming to this cleaners...they always did a great job until recently I looked at my ticket and realized they had charged me for long dresses when they were short. I immediately bought it to the attendants attention and he changed it; but I couldnt help but think, "what if I had not looked at my receipt"; and I wonder how many times they had done that in the past. I also noticed on my black garments a white film shows up as time passes as well as I can clearly see the dirt buildup. Whatever theyre using to clean my clothes obviously isnt a good product and for that, Ive stopped going. Good cleaners are hard to find.

its now 2012 and their performance remains awful. My garments consistently come back dirty. Its really my own fault. Going to a business because it is nearby doesnt make sense if they dont do a good job. On a humorous note, the man that works the drive through has no problem evading accountability for making sure that you recieve all of your garments and that no damage has been incurred. He can smile and be pleasant in the midst of insanity. Good luck.

Awful. Ripped a large hole in my Brooks Brothers shirt. Charged me normal price for all my clothes. Pretended not to speak English when I was complaining. Understood me loud and clear when I asked what I owed him.
