Horrible customer service! Ruined shirt twice! Every single button on my blouse chipped the said they could not replace buttons when I paid to have them replaced and ask for a credit toward future dry cleaning I got the did you dry clean it here when I have been coming to them for years! I could have asked to replace the blouse which would have been 4 times what I was asking for! They lost my weekly business! Things can go wrong but how you rectify it is what customer service is about. I had all new buttons added and what happens when I pick it up broken again. Do you think they offered to fix? Nope!
