My wife and I had been using Natures Cleaners for 9 months. I dropped off a suit to get dry cleaned, the next day I picked it up and headed to my cousins wedding. While getting dressed for the wedding and upon removing the pants from the hangar, I noticed that the inside pant clip was ripped, preventing me from fastening the pants. After dropping off the pants at Natures Cleaners and explaining to them the situation, I came back a few days to pick it up. After 15 minutes of trying to explain the situation to the owner, he was still steadfast in charging me for the alteration of the pant. Even after explaining to him that my wife and I have a long history of using them as our Cleaners and even showing him my "rewards card" that was 1 punch away from receiving my $20 off for my 10th visit, he still did not believe me and essentially said that I was lying and there was no way that happened in his shop. I was not satisfied with the level of service I received in this situation, and therefore will be taking my business elsewhere to a different dry cleaner.

Terrible customer service!!! I used to walk up to drop off /pick up my cleaning, but I was consistently standing at the counter for several minutes without anyone coming to help me even though I rang the bell and yelled for help; so I started using the drive up thinking they would be alerted better as I drove over the buzzer, but was still having the same problem. Today I waited at the drive up for 10 minutes while the girl helped everyone else but me-when she still ignored me to wait on someone who just walked in the door ( after I had been waiting for 10 minutes) I yelled at her only to be told the customer who just walked in "was in a hurry"! Well maybe she shouldve gotten there 10 minutes earlier like I had!!! She still ignored me and waited on the other lady so I told her to close my account as I will NEVER go there again!!! Everyone beware!!! Worst customer service ever!!!!

Nothing but terrible experiences with these folks. They lost my suit trousers and their only excuse is "we have no clue." They break the shirt buttons and dont bother fixing those. Most dry cleaners dont need to be asked for this. They dont honor the coupons...will make up some excuse that its not valid for your shirts, etc. There are plenty of options available, my advice just stay off these folks and save your time and money!

Broken buttons, collars on my white shirts never clean. Service is fine, but youre paying for a clean shirt.
