HORRIBLE. They are the WORST go to i cleaners instead. They damaged a pair of pants I had. The pants were yellow, they came back BLUE. Got most of their error out but still some remained, and would not give me the total cost of my pants. They also broke a zipper on my skirt and damaged a shirt!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am forced to rate them. I gave them a 000000000

I am a customer at the Smyrna location. I am so pleased about the service that I get. When I enter the store, Jean greets me with a smile and never forgets my name. She so professional, my clothes never smells like chemicals and is given to me on the time that was promised. Thumbs up! Thanks You.

Make sure you keep track of what you drop off. I witnessed a mix up of drop offs before in which our name was tagged on a different set of clothes. Luckily they found our clothes . This dry cleaner is just ok. Dont think we will use it again after we get the bonus credits.
