This is the absolute worst place I have ever been in my entire life! The man that works there is VERY rude to his customers! I showed up at just a little past 7 am on a Friday morning (the business opens at 7 as stated on their doors). No one was there. I left and came back an hour later, he told me that my clothes would be cleaned by that evening after 5 pm. The following Monday I went to pick up my clothes. I was behind someone else that had apparently gotten back one of their new shirts with a hole in it. Instead of being courteous to the customer, the man was arguing and being extremely aggressive about the issue. When they finally left and I pulled up to the window I was informed that my clothes were at the store but not yet put on the rack. I told him I would come back after going to Kroger I went back to the store and waited behind a line of about 6 cars while a barely trained young teenager waited on the people ahead of me. When I finally pulled up to the window (again) I noticed the same aggressive man giving a statement to the police!! I was given my clothes and did NOT receive the advertised discount because I did not pre-pay for the clothes - which I did not know I was supposed to do to receive the discount. I will never use these cleaners again!

What a joke!!!!!!!!!! I am a local business owner and if I treated my clients like I was treated at Platinum cleaners I would be out of business! I know he is convenient to the hickory flat area but do yourself a favor a drive a little farther for better service.
