I dropped off my king size comforter in the nice bag it came in. I picked up my comforter and they had switched out my nice bag for one of their cheap ones. I came in the next day wanting to achieve my bag and they told me they threw it away without asking me. They always ask me about my hangers if I want to keep them so I had figured they would ask me about my bag if they were planning on throwing it away. They had no right to throw it away. Its not theirs! The guy just looked at me with a dumb look on his face and told me there was nothing they could do unless I wanted it from their trash can! How insulting! I am a repetitive customer (which I told them that) and they didnt care. Horrible business!
